903.01 APPROVAL OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.

Any person, firm or corporation desiring to trench, cross under or over any public street, alley or way in the Village, shall contact the Village Administrator prior to any trenching or other invasion of said streets, alleys, or ways and obtain written permission from said Administrator. Said permission slip shall state when said excavation shall commence, where the same shall be located and what the purpose of the excavation shall be.
