A. Approval Required: No plat of any subdivision shall be entitled to record in the recorder's office or have any validity until it shall have been approved in the manner prescribed in this title.
B. Record Of Plats: All plats of subdivisions, after the same have been submitted and approved as provided in this title, shall be filed and kept by the village clerk among the records of the village. (Ord. 91-21, 8-6-1991)
