10-6-5: EXEMPTIONS:
   A.   Public Utility Uses: The following public utility uses are permitted in any district: conduits, vaults, laterals, pipes, pipelines, mains, valves, or any other similar ground level or below ground level distributing equipment, provided that installation shall conform with rules and regulations of the applicable administrative authorities.
Existing poles, towers, wires and cables installed above ground are also permitted. However, replacement of such facilities or newly constructed facilities shall be installed underground.
   B.   Agriculture Uses: Buildings, structures or land used for "agriculture", as herein defined, except that such use established after the effective date hereof, shall conform with all other regulations of the district in which it is located; and buildings for shelter of livestock or poultry shall be not less than two hundred feet (200') from a property line adjoining a street and fifty feet (50') from all other property lines. Furthermore, if such buildings or structures exist on a lot or parcel upon which a principal residence exists, such buildings and structures shall be in the rear yard. (Ord. 89-13, 5-16-1989)
