Any lands lying outside the corporate limits of the Village at the time of adoption of this Title and which shall thereafter be annexed to the Village shall thereupon become subject to the terms of this Title and shall be classified into the zoning district or districts as designated on the Comprehensive Plan Map of the Village then in effect, or if no such designation exists, the in the W1 Single-Family Residence District.
