A. Map Adopted By Reference: The location and boundaries of the districts established by this title are set forth on the zoning district map which is incorporated herein and hereby made a part of this title. The said map, together with everything shown thereon, and all amendments thereto, shall be as much a part of this title as though fully set forth and described herein. Said map shall be filed with the office of the village clerk, and certified copies thereof in the office of the zoning enforcement officer, and shall be open to public reference at all times during which those offices are open. B. Current Map:
1. The zoning district map prepared by the Kane County development department planning division GIS mapping in cooperation with DuPage County development department and DuPage County data processing department, and showing the existing zoning uses, divisions, restrictions, regulations and classifications of the Wayne zoning ordinance, a copy of which is on file in the office of the village clerk, and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby adopted as the official zoning map of the village.
2. There is hereby established a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) which shall be charged to any person desiring a copy of such map. Such fee shall be paid to the building and zoning department or to the village clerk and shall be applied to defray the cost of publication of the official map. (Ord. 00-07, 3-21-2000)
