The Village of Wayne hereby amends and adopts a property maintenance code (hereinafter referred to as the “property maintenance code”) for the control of buildings, structures and properties as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms as amended of the published international property maintenance code, 2018 Edition, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, except for the additions, insertions, deletions and changes thereto as set out in section 8-2-2 of this chapter. At least three (3) copies of the international property maintenance code are on file with the village clerk and are available for public inspection at all times during regular business hours as provided by law.
