Should this chapter be violated, the following penalties or any combination thereof may be applied: (Ord. 03-25, 11-18-2003)
A. A fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense; (Ord. 16-03, 5-17-2016)
B. Each act of violation, and each day upon which a violation occurs is a separate offense;
C. The costs of prosecution;
D. The reasonable costs of repair and/or replacement of the property damaged; and
E. Any other penalty as required or allowed by law. (Ord. 03-25, 11-18-2003)
