7-7-1: PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, remove, destroy, or in any other way cause injury to property belonging to the village of Wayne located in any alley, street, or other place unless authorized by the village to do so. (Ord. 03-25, 11-18-2003)
