7-2-1: CONNECTION TO SYSTEM:

It shall be unlawful to make any connection to the Village-owned storm sewer system without the prior written consent of the Village President and the Board of Trustees. Consent for connection to said system may be obtained upon application made in writing to the Village President and the Board of Trustees. Forms for such application may be obtained from the Village Clerk. (Ord. 87-14, 12-1-1987)
