It shall be unlawful to discharge untreated sewage or the effluent from any septic tank directly or indirectly into any stream, ditch, ground surface or abandoned well or to allow the contents of any privy vault, septic tank or seepage pit to emit offensive odors or become objectionable so as to be dangerous or prejudicial to health.
