A. Definition: The words "DuPage County Health District" and "Kane County Health District", appearing in each of the Ordinances adopted in Section 7-1-1 above, are hereby stricken and deleted wherever they appear in said ordinances, and the words "President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Wayne, Illinois" are substituted and inserted in lieu thereof.
B. Authority Of Village President And Board Of Trustees: The Village President and Board of Trustees and the duly appointed officers of the Village shall have the power and authority to administer and enforce these ordinances, to make necessary inspections and to issue, revoke or suspend permits pursuant thereto. C. County Jurisdiction: Nothing herein shall affect any primary jurisdiction of any county health department to administer and enforce their ordinances and regulations pertaining to water supply and sewage disposal systems. (1998 Code)
