6-5-11: JUDICIAL REVIEW:

Judicial review of final determinations of the hearing officer made under this chapter shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the administrative review act, 735 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/301 et seq. (Ord. 13-13, 7-2-2013)
