6-5-5: WAIVER OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:
The administrative fee shall be waived if verifiable proof is presented to the village that at the time the motor vehicle was impounded, the motor vehicle was stolen. (Ord. 13-13, 7-2-2013)
