6-2-10-1: VIOLATIONS:

It shall be a violation of this chapter for a vehicle to disregard a traffic control device or turn on red in violation of section 11-306 of the IVC . All violations must be reviewed and approved by a law enforcement officer or a retired law enforcement officer of the village. (Ord. 10-22, 12-7-2010, eff. 1-1-2011)
