6-2-6: TRAFFIC ON EQUESTRIAN TRAILS:

It shall be unlawful to operate any motorized vehicle with or without a state license on any equestrian trail within the village. Any person violating this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 16-03, 5-17-2016)
