A. Applicability Of Section: This section shall apply to all public parking lots owned, leased or controlled by the village, except those or portions thereof in which parking is controlled or regulated by parking permits.
B. Free Parking: Subject to the restrictions of this section, all persons may park vehicles in such parking lots without payment of a parking fee or the requirement of a permit by the individuals parking such vehicles.
C. Lot Regulations: Vehicles shall be parked only between lines indicating parking stalls, which lines are now or hereafter marked on the surface of the parking lots. Parking in areas marked "No Parking", or contrary to any other posted signs, or in any other manner which will interfere with traffic into, through, or out of a parking lot is prohibited. Vehicles shall not exceed a speed limit of ten (10) miles per hour.

Lot M-1 situated on the west side of Railroad Street, north of Wayne village hall, except those spaces designated as reserved permit spaces. (Ord. 03-24, 10-21-2003)
