4-8-2: VIOLATIONS:
A violation of the zoning regulations as they relate to the use of keeping livestock, or the police regulations regarding animals, shall be deemed a nuisance and violation of this section for which the Village may enter onto the premises to abate the nuisance and recover all costs and fees arising therefrom (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees for enforcement and collection of said costs and fees plus penalties) which shall be secured by a lien against the premises (which may further be recorded) until reimbursed in full to the Village, and three (3) or more violations in one year shall result in the loss of the right to keep or maintain livestock on the lot on which the violations occurred for a period of no less or more than one year from the date of the third (3rd) violation.
