A. Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be:
1. Subject to immediate revocation of his or its building permit and/or the issuance of a stop-work order; and
2. Fined as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
B. Injunctive Relief: Any action brought to enforce this Chapter may include, or seek in the alternative, injunctive relief to prevent recurring violations. (Ord. 89-04, 3-21-1989; amd. 1998 Code)
