Building and construction waste materials shall be stored, until removed from the site, in approved containers, either equipped with closable lids or loaded in such a manner as to prevent waste materials from blowing out of the container. Full containers shall be promptly removed from the construction site and all containers shall be promptly removed at the completion of construction. (Ord. 89-04, 3-21-1989)
