Unless required to follow more stringent specifications, applicable forestry related projects in the village shall be completed in conformance to the specifications established in the Illinois department of transportation "Standard Specifications For Road And Bridge Construction", adopted January 1, 1997, the "Standard Specifications For Traffic Control Items", adopted April 1989, and specifically section 253 thereof, which establishes specifications for furnishing, transporting and planting woody species, and mulching, bracing, wrapping, weeding and replacement of plants.
