Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation, plus the costs of the action. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be considered to be a separate offense. (Ord. 16-03, 5-17-2016)
