Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. An action for enforcement and levying of fines may also, in the discretion of the Corporate Authorities, include a prayer for injunctive relief to prevent recurring violations. (Ord. 89-09, 5-2-1989)
