It is hereby declared to be the policy of the board of trustees that the occupant or occupants of the residences in this municipality shall make the determination of whether solicitors shall be, or shall not be, invited to their respective residences. Such determination shall be made by the occupant via verbal instructions or by the exhibiting of a card as provided in section 3-3-7 of this chapter. (Ord. 03-12, 7-1-2003)
