3-3-5: DISPLAY OF CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION:

Upon issuance of a certificate of registration under the provisions of this chapter, the person engaging in soliciting within the village of Wayne shall carry said certificate at all times while soliciting and display it to any person who is approached for the purpose of soliciting under the terms of this chapter.
