3-2-8: INSURANCE REQUIRED:
No license shall be issued hereunder unless the applicant shall file with the application, a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, certifying that the applicant has in force and effect the dramshop insurance required by statute 1 . (Ord. 81-01, 1-12-1981)
