2-6-2: MEETINGS1:

1. The Commission shall meet at such times at it may determine in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, but in no event less than once each month. (Ord. 91-15, 7-9-1991; amd. 1998 Code)

2. The President shall designate one member of the Commission as chairman, subject to the consent of the Board of Trustees. The Commission shall elect one of its members as secretary.

B. Records: The Commission shall keep a correct record of its proceedings and shall adopt appropriate rules to govern such proceedings. (Ord. 91-15, 7-9-1991)
