There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements for the Village, which shall consist of the Village President and two (2) members of the Board of Trustees, and two (2) additional members. The President and Board of Trustees shall designate, by ordinance, and appoint all of the members of the Board of Local Improvements other than the president thereof. The Village President of the Board of Trustees shall be President of the Board of Local Improvements.
The Board of Local Improvements may appoint a secretary who shall keep all records of the Board of Local Improvements, and shall perform such other duties as may be required of him by the Board of Local Improvements, or by statute or ordinance. (Ord. 65-05, 6-19-1965)
