There is hereby created the Wayne Private Roads and Drainage Commission consisting of five (5) members appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Each person so appointed shall be appointed for a term of five (5) years except that the members of the Commission first appointed shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter. Except for the initial members of the Commission, the term of office of each member shall commence on May 1 and shall expire on April 30 of the year designated for the expiration of such member's term. The President may also designate one or more Village officers or Trustees as ex officio members of the Commission. (Ord. 91-15, 7-9-1991)
