The zoning board of appeals is hereby invested with the following jurisdiction and authority:
A. To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the zoning enforcement officer under the zoning ordinance;
B. To hear and submit findings and recommendations to the village board on applications for variations from the terms provided in the zoning ordinance in the manner and subject to the standards set forth in said zoning ordinance;
C. To hear and decide all matters referred to it or upon which it is required to pass under said zoning ordinance; and (Ord. 89-13, 5-16-1989)
D. To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the director of building and zoning under any of the building codes or under the property maintenance code. (Ord. 00-19, 9-5-2000)
