2-1-2: POWERS AND DUTIES:

The Board of Local Improvements shall have all the powers and duties granted to it by Article 9 of the Illinois Municipal Code, and all amendments thereto . It shall keep adequate records of all of its proceedings and all work undertaken by it. (Ord. 65-05, 6-19-1965)
