8-10-3: APPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF REGULATIONS:
The building department shall be charged with the enforcement of these regulations, and the director of building and zoning shall be known as the code enforcement official charged with the application, interpretation, and implementation of these regulations. (Ord. 20-02, 4-12-2020)
