NOTES: 1   An SES-C is not permitted on a parcel of less than 40 acres. 2   An SES-C is not permitted in residential subdivisions, campgrounds, recreational area, wildlife preserves, and conservation areas. 3   The provisions of this subchapter, including but not limited to, those set out in § 156.412(G), are subject to limitation, waiver, modification, or variance pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-4-918.2 and I.C. 36-7-4-918.5, as part of the BZA's exercise of its authority to impose reasonable conditions on the granting of special exceptions, as well as on the granting of variances from the development standards, and after compliance with the applicable provisions of the Wayne County Zoning Ordinance and the Ordinance for Flood Hazard Areas for Wayne County, Indiana.
