§ 156.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be subject to a fine of $25 (no more than $2,500 per violation). Each and every day during which a violation is permitted to be maintained may be deemed a separate violation.
      (2)   Enforcement proceedings pursuant to this section shall be brought in the name of the county by the County Attorney or his or her designate.
      (3)   A person, firm or corporation against whom a judgment is entered pursuant to this section is liable for costs.
   (B)   The Plan Director may institute a suit for injunction in the County Circuit Court or Superior Court to restrain an individual or a governmental unit from violating the provisions of this chapter. The Plan Director may also institute a suit for a mandatory injunction directing an individual or a governmental unit to remove a structure erected in violation of the provisions of this chapter and, if the Zoning Inspector is successful in its suit, the respondent shall bear the cost of the action.
