Fees for all original improvement location permits and certificates of occupancy shall be in accordance with the current recorded fee ordinance, with the exception that wireless communication facility, wireless communications facility with wireless support structure or wireless support structure are exempt from the fee requirement for improvement location permits and certificates of occupancy.
