(A) An application for a development unit project shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator and must be accompanied by scale drawings certified by a registered engineer or surveyor.
(B) Such drawings shall contain the following information:
(1) Accurate dimensions of the develop-ment unit project;
(2) Topographic date:
(a) U.S. Geological Survey topo-graphic date may be used; and
(b) Watercourses, marshes, wooded areas and other natural or human-made features which would affect the development unit project.
(3) Streets and right-of-way on or adjoining the site, including dedicated right-of-way widths, roadway widths, approximate gradients, types and widths of pavements, curbs, sidewalks or other pertinent data; and
(4) A general layout of the proposed structures and related facilities.
