   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter is intended to pre-empt other applicable state and federal laws or regulations. Nor shall any provisions of this subchapter interfere with, abrogate, or annul any other ordinance, rule, regulation, statute, or other provision of law.
   (B)   If any provision of this subchapter imposes restrictions different from any other ordinance, rule, regulation, statute, or provision of law, the provision which is more or most restrictive or which imposes the higher or the highest standard(s) shall take precedence.
   (C)   Standards specified in this subchapter that conflict with standards found in other subchapters of the Wayne County Zoning Ordinance take precedence, as this subchapter relates to a solar energy system.
