§ 156.408 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No person shall construct, operate, or locate an SES within the jurisdiction of the APC without having fully complied with the provisions of this subchapter and all other applicable provisions of said Zoning Ordinance and any applicable Rules of the BZA and By-Laws of the APC.
   (B)   A concentrated solar thermal power system is prohibited and is not considered an SES-C for the purposes of this subchapter.
