§ 33.05 LIMITATIONS; NON-SUPERSESSION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT POWERS OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS; CONFORMANCE OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISION EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS WITH COUNTY’S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND EMERGENCY PLAN.
   Nothing in this chapter is intended to supersede or delimit the powers granted under I.C. 10-14-3-17 to any political subdivision to adopt and implement emergency plans and promulgate and enforce emergency management rules and regulations in the advent of an actual emergency affecting such political subdivision. However, pursuant to I.C. 10-14-3-22, such regulations and procedures as promulgated by the political subdivision may not be inconsistent with the county emergency management program and emergency plan established in accordance with this chapter.
