§ 156.330 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   Within 200 feet of any A or R district, no structure shall exceed three stories or 50 feet in height, and no structure in any case shall exceed in height the distance measured to the center line of any adjoining street; except as provided in § 156.526 of this chapter.
