Accessory uses, buildings or structures customarily incidental to any aforesaid principal use or special exception shall be permitted in accordance with the provisions of §§ 156.505 through 156.508 of this chapter and as follows:
(A) Accessory uses permitted and as regulated in the R districts. See § 156.187 of this chapter; and
(B) Accessory uses and structures customarily accessory and incidental to any of the foregoing permitted C-1 non-residential uses and including off-street parking facilities subject to the provisions of §§ 156.395 through 156.400 of this chapter.
