§ 156.208 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   One-family or two-family dwellings shall not exceed two and one-half stories or 30 feet in height; multi-family dwellings or other principal structures shall not exceed a height of 60 feet; and accessory structures shall not exceed two stories or 25 feet, except as provided in § 156.526 of this chapter.
