(B) Exception: The minimum setback distance for WCFWWSS and WSS may be reduced upon having a written agreement with the owner(s) of the affected off premises structures. The written agreement shall be in a format approved by the Plan Administrator, and the agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Wayne County Recorder.
(C) Accessory structures may be located in the rear yard within three feet of rear or side lot lines.
(D) Accessory structures may be located in the side yard; provided, they meet the minimum setback requirements for a principal permitted use.
(E) Accessory structures may be located in the front yard provided they meet the minimum setback requirements for a principal permitted use. Exception: Front yard placement not permitted in a platted and recorded subdivision, with the exception of one-lot subdivisions.
