§ 156.115 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.
   No building, structure or land shall be erected, altered, enlarged or used which is arranged or designed for other than one of the following uses, except as provided herein and § 156.365 of this chapter:
   (A)   The agricultural uses permitted in A-1 and agricultural buildings and structures including farm dwellings, farm office buildings, commercial and non-commercial nurseries and greenhouses;
   (B)   Public and private grounds, golf courses, summer and winter resorts, game preserves, and the like, for the purpose of preserving and enjoying the natural resources of the property;
   (C)   Watershed protection works, hydroelectric plants;
   (D)   A single one-family dwelling per minimum three acre parcel;
   (E)   Essential services as defined in § 156.044 of this chapter; and
   (F)   Wireless communications facilities, wireless communications facility with wireless support structure and wireless support structure in accordance with the provisions of §§ 156.370 through 156.375 of this chapter.
