(A) Territory detached from an incorporated city or town subsequent to the effective date of this chapter shall, upon the effective date of such disannexation, become a part of the A-1 District. Such districting shall be continued until modified. The Commission shall recommend to the County Commissioners, within a period of not to exceed six months from such date of disannexation, a final zoning districting plan for such property, if any change is desired.
(B) Whenever any street, alley or other public way is vacated by official action as provided by law, the zoning district adjoining the side of such public way shall be extended automatically, depending on the side or sides to which such lands revert, to include the right-of-way thus vacated, which shall henceforth be subject to all regulations of the extended district or districts.
