As used herein, COMMUNITY CORRECTION PROGRAM means a community- based or community-oriented program that provides for and involves sentencing alternatives afforded the court, including, but not limited to, community service or public service restitution, correctional programs and other alternatives and/or programs to those and for those incarcerated at the County Jail pursuant to the provisions of I.C. Title II, Art. 12, Ch. 2.
