A fee will be charged according to attached fee schedule for each application for a change in the zone district boundaries or classification of property as shown on the zoning map, except those initiated by the Commission or the County Commissioners, shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Treasurer of the county or a cash payment sufficient in the amount to cover the costs of publishing, posting and/or mailing notices of hearings, but in no event shall it be less than $25.
