§ 32.20 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a Sheriff’s Merit Board, to be known as the “Wayne County Sheriff’s Merit Board”, in accordance with I.C. 17-3-14-1 and recodified as I.C. 36-8-10-1, 36-8-10-2 and 36-8-10-3.
