(A) Minimum pavement widths, face to face of curb, required to be installed at the subdivider’s expense shall be as follows:
(1) Primary and secondary thoroughfares and parkways as shown on the Major Highway Plan: 44 feet;
(2) Collector streets: 36 feet;
(3) Minor streets: 28 feet; for distance from back of curb to back of curb using an integral curb and gutter, add one foot to six feet to each side;
(4) The pavement of a turning circle at the end of a cul-de-sac street: should have a minimum outside diameter of 80 feet; and
(5) Alleys: full width of the right-of-way 20 feet.
(B) All minor street pavements without curb and gutter shall be 24-foot minimum width.
