Building setback lines shall be as required by Ch. 156 of this code of ordinances and as follows:
(A) Along state or federal numbered highways and along thoroughfares designated in the Major Highway Plan: a minimum distance of 60 feet measured from officially established right-of-way lines on said plan; and
(B) In all other cases: the minimum distance required by Ch. 156 of this code of ordinances, but in no case less than 25 feet in residential or manufacturing developments.
