The Plat Committee has the power to act in the following matters: a minor subdivision of land that does not involve the opening of a new public way and that complies in all other respects with this chapter and Ch. 156 of this code of ordinances may be granted primary approval by the Plat Committee without public notice and hearing, subject to appeal to the Plan Commission.
